He should have made the Spain squad. No, not because he's a Valencia boy. Though if you ask me, that should be reason enough. He's good. Better than anybody else they could put out on the right wing. And worth a damn sight more than €1!
Pay attention Del Bosque! The best two wingers in Spain play for Valencia. It's about effing time you woke up and realised that. Spain could do with the width.

I agree. Although I don't know who'd he'd be replacing in the current SNT if he were to get the call up?
Like the Spanish NT could get hotter? Apparently, it could.
They need to let Spain have two teams compete, like for realz. There is just too much talent and too much hotness to be contained to one team.
Del Bosque - please call Joaqui up again to SNT.
That failed penalty in 2002 WC can't be his lasting memory of national call-up. Too sad!
